We only request the minimum permissions necessary (such as the ability to view users and suspend accounts). We do not read your company emails, chat messages, or source code. We only process user account status information required to execute offboarding workflows.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our offboarding automation platform.
  • Execute the scheduled account revocations and device locks you request.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Maintain an audit log of all offboarding actions for your compliance and security records.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (a secure, SOC2 compliant database provider) to store your account information and audit logs.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including complying with our legal obligations and enforcing our agreements. Audit logs of offboarded employees are retained for your compliance purposes unless you explicitly delete your account.
