These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Departly, an employee offboarding automation platform operated by Rudra Tool Mint. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Departly provides a centralized dashboard for automating the revocation of employee access to various third-party SaaS platforms (including but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and GitHub) and locking managed devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms and to grant Departly access to your organization's third-party accounts via OAuth.
Our service relies on APIs and OAuth integrations with third-party providers. By connecting a third-party service, you grant us permission to execute actions (such as suspending users or revoking sessions) on your behalf. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or API changes made by these third-party providers that may affect the functionality of Departly.
Departly automates commands based on the parameters and schedules you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring you select the correct employee accounts for offboarding.Rudra Tool Mint shall not be held liable for any accidental suspension, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our automated offboarding tools. We highly recommend reviewing scheduled offboarding tasks before their execution date.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or privacy laws) when using the service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
