1. Data Processing

Rudra Society Manager: Built with a strict privacy-first, 100% offline architecture. All society management data is processed and stored locally on your machine. We do not have access to any of this data.

Scope Generator & PDFSeeker: These tools require an internet connection to perform their automated web scraping and document discovery tasks. However, all extracted lead data, downloaded documents, and generated Excel reports are saved strictly to your local machine. We do not upload or store your generated reports on our servers.

2. License Validation

Our desktop tools require an internet connection solely for license validation. When validating a license, the software transmits a unique, machine-bound identifier to our secure licensing server to prevent piracy. No personal data is transmitted during this process.

3. Cloud SaaS (Departly)

Our cloud application, Departly, connects to third-party APIs (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub) to automate employee offboarding. We only access the permissions explicitly granted by you during OAuth authentication. Data is stored securely in our real-time database (Supabase) and is never sold to third parties.

4. Payment Information

All payments are securely processed by Stripe and Razorpay. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
