1. Software License

Upon purchasing a license for our desktop software (Rudra Society Manager, Scope Generator, PDFSeeker), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single authorized machine. The license is machine-bound and cannot be shared across multiple devices.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Scope Generator complies with all applicable web scraping laws, terms of service of target websites, and data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA).

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our software and the immediate issuance of license keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been generated and emailed to you, unless required by local law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rudra ToolMint shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.
